This baked fish is really delicious the vegetables that accompany it make the perfect combination for an exquisite dish.

Ingredients:

  • 4 fish fillets
  • 1 or 2 potatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 300 grams of broccoli
  • extra virgin olive oils
  • Salt
  • ground peppers
  • 200 grams of green beans
  • 1 jar of dehydrated tomato

We put on a baking sheet a bed of potatoes cut in 4.

On top of the potatoes, add the finely chopped onion, broccoli and green beans.

Season and sprinkle with extra virgin olive oil.

We give a blow of baking. We will have it about 30 minutes at 180 degrees.

On the vegetable we put the fish fillets.

Sprinkle with a little extra virgin olive oil and a little fine wine. Chop the dehydrated tomatoes and put on top of the steaks.

We bake at 170 degrees for 20 more minutes, until we see the tender fish.
