- 500 grams of flour
- 300 grams of unsalted butter
- 180 grams of sugar
- 2 egg yolks
- 2 tablespoons powdered milk
- pastry sleeve
- star piping tip
Cream butter with an electric mixer on low speed then slowly add in the sugar until it turns whitish in color.
Add the egg yolks and beat for 1 minute.
Add the flour and milk powder.
Add the dough to a pastry sleeve fitted with a large star piping tip.
Grease a lined baking sheet and pipe the cookies.
Bake at 180ºc for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
