Light and easy to make! The lemon fish fillet is very healthy and tastes delicious.

Ingredients:

  • 2 teaspoons of butter
  • 4 tablespoons of cream
  • salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • 4 pieces of fish fillet
  • 4 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon mustard powder
  • 1 teaspoon of sesame seeds
  • 1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh basil
  • peppers to taste
  • aerosol oils
  • 1/2 teaspoon of sugar

Preparation

For the Sauce: In a pan over low heat melt the butter. Add the cream, sugar and salt to taste.

Remove from heat and add lemon juice. Reserve.

For fish: Marinate fish fillets with lemon juice, mustard powder, basil, sesame, salt and pepper.

Spray a pan with cooking spray and cook the steaks on both sides.

On a plate, arrange the steaks and bathe them with the lemon sauce. To serve.
