Light and easy to make! The lemon fish fillet is very healthy and tastes delicious.


  • 2 teaspoons of butter
  • 4 tablespoons of cream
  • salt, to taste
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • 4 pieces of fish fillet
  • 4 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon mustard powder
  • 1 teaspoon of sesame seeds
  • 1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh basil
  • pepper, to taste
  • aerosol oils
  • 1/2 teaspoon of sugar


For the Sauce: In a pan over low heat, melt the butter. Add the cream, sugar and salt to taste.
Remove from heat and add lemon juice. Set aside.

For the fish: Marinate fish fillets with lemon juice, mustard powder, basil, sesame seeds, salt and pepper.
Spray a frying pan with cooking spray and cook the steaks on both sides. This should take approximately 5-7 minutes per side on medium-low heat.

To serve, arrange the fish fillets and bathe them with the lemon sauce.

6Garnish with sliced green onion for an added layer of freshness.
