- 1 kilo of white fish fillet
- 1/4 cup of heavy cream
- 5 teaspoons of spicy mustard
- salt and pepper to taste
Preheat the oven to 220 ° C.

Salt the fish fillets and coat in the spicy mustard-cream mixture.
Place the fillets on a baking pan and cook for 15 to 20 minutes or until they look golden brown and are flaky.
