Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of plain yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon of ground cumin
  • 1/2 cup of liquid cream
  • 1 clove of crushed garlic
  • a pinch of chilli powder
  • 1 teaspoon of grated fresh ginger

Preparation

Put the natural yogurt in a glass bowl and beat it by hand to make it quite thin.

Add the cream gradually, beating it manually

Add the garlic, the chilli powder, the cumin, the ginger and remove everything

Serve it very cold
