Take this shake every morning on an empty stomach, 1 hour before breakfast and burn fat!
- 1 cup of chopped pineapple
- 1/2 cup chopped prickly pear
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1 piece of lemon (juice)
- 1 piece of chopped green apple
- 1/2 glass of water
