This soup is very rich, it is a practical way to eat spinach and have a very nice flavor.
- 6 pieces of chicken
- 1 bunch of spinach
- 8 pieces of tomato
- 1/4 piece of onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- salt to taste
- 4 liters of water
- 1/2 teaspoon of oil
The chicken is cooked with the 4 liters of water, once cooked it is reserved.
The spinach is cleaned, washed and disinfected.
In a saucepan put the oil with little onion, wash the tomatoes and liquefy. Once the oil is hot and the onion is stir-fried, the tomato is already ground and strained.
Wait until the tomato begins to boil and add the spinach already cleaned and disinfected and stir.
When the tomato begins to boil again, add the chicken with everything and broth and season with salt to taste. And let it boil for 10 minutes.
