These nutty cookie cookies are super easy to prepare and are ready in just 1 hour. They are so rich that you will not be able to resist them. When tasting them you will discover how they crumble in your mouth and you feel the intense nutty flavor. You will love it!
- 1 nut cup
- 1 cup of melted butter
- 2 cups of sugar glass
- 2 cups flour
- 2 tablespoons of vanilla
- 1 pinch of salt
Preheat the oven to 180º (350 F).
Add 1 cup of flour, vanilla, and salt, beat again at low speed until everything is mixed. Add the rest of the flour and the ground nuts, and finish beating a little more.
Form a ball with the dough, put it in a plastic bag to refrigerate it for 1 hour until it is firm.
Form the balls with the dough, about 2.5 cm, place them in an ungreased baking dish with a separation between them of 3 cm. Bake about 12 or 15 minutes until they have a light golden color.
After the cooking time, let stand 5 minutes, sprinkle the icing sugar and wait until they are completely cooled.
First, crush the nuts to make them finer. Then in a blender place, the butter with 1/2 cup of icing sugar, and beat (medium speed) until you get a spongy mass.
