Bananas and yogurt offer a wide variety of nutrients essential for the body. For instance, bananas are a good source of potassium, folate, vitamins C and B6, while yogurt has calcium, potassium, and protein. What a better way to start your day than to enjoy one of these yogurt-banana smoothies?

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of plain yogurt
  • 1/2 teaspoon of red chili pepper
  • 1 green or red chili pepper
  • a pinch of salt
  • 1/2 cup of cream
  • 2 medium ripe frozen bananas

Preparation

In your blender, add all ingredients together.

Blend until a smooth, thin consistency is achieved.

Serve cold and garnished with a few slices of banana or chili seeds.
