Bananas and yogurt offer a wide variety of nutrients essential for your body. Bananas are a good source of potassium, folate, vitamins C and B6.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of plain yogurt
  • 1/2 teaspoon of red chilli pepper
  • 1 green or red chilli pepper
  • a pinch of salt
  • 1/2 cup of liquid cream
  • 2 medium ripe bananas

Preparation

Put the yogurt in a bowl with bottom and beat it until very thin.

Add the cream gradually, whisking it.

Add salt and chopped red chilli pepper.

Peel the bananas and cut into slices, pour them into the yogurt bowl and stir.

Serve cold and decorated with a few slices of green or red chilli seeds.
